Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within the same business day of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by sometimes. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

VoxoFood currently ships to addresses only within Senapati District HQ..

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The Delivery agent will contact you personally through Calls/ WhatsApp.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

No Custom Duties is charged as it is Domestic only shipping. GST tax and transaction fees will be charge wherever applicable

Damages

Voxofood is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping/delivery. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the delivery courier within the same day of your delivery . Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
